HOUSEBOATS HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER CAMP
JUNE 10-15, 2024
Our Houseboats High School Summer Camp is an amazing week of community, connection, laughter, rest, play, fun, adventure, and life-changing faith-forming encounters with God. We pack our week with high energy team competitions, tons of floating fun on the lake, incredible worship, deep devotional times, and powerful biblical messages from Austin Payne, a speaker our students love. We also make space for a lot of down time to relax with friends and enjoy the beauty of Lake Shasta. This is a week that will help you recover from the stress of a crazy school year, challenge you to trust God in deeper ways, and leave you with memories you’ll hold on to for the rest of your life.

Camp FIVE-SIX
All incoming 5th and 6th grade students are invited to join us June 17-21 to kick off their summer with five days of fun adventures. This week-long day camp is packed with outings to fun local recreational spots that kids love. We’ll start each day together at CPC with worship, a bible lesson and small groups. From there we will head out to fun destinations like taking over an entire bowling alley, Boomers Family Fun Center, reserving a movie theater just for us, Lost World indoor , and Hurricane Harbor water park. Redwood Camp 5th & 6th Graders
Incoming 5th and 6th graders will be going to Mount Hermon’s Redwood Camp at Mount Hermon July 7-13! They will experience a week FULL of fun games, adventure activities, a day at the beach, creative skits, and time spent learning more about Jesus!

Ponderosa Camp 7th & 8th Grade
Incoming 7th and 8th graders will be going to Mount Hermon’s Ponderosa Lodge on July 14-20! Their week will be full of team competitions, adventure activities, crazy fun time in the forum with worship from the camp band, impactful messages from an amazing speaker, and more! This is a week you don’t want your student to miss!

Women's Summer Event: Tacos + Testimonies
CPC Women and Access are teaming up to host a summer event. We invite all women to join us for an evening together as we explore practical ways to deepen one's relationship with Jesus amidst adversity.
Come listen to a message reminding us that every promise has a purpose and hear personal testimonies from women who have experienced God's presence and strength during challenging seasons. This is a beautiful opportunity for spiritual encouragement and community support.

Serve Day 2024
Serve Day is an amazing weekend when thousands will go out into our communities to show the love of Christ in real and tangible ways. Our church and many others will be serving our neighbors in Danville, San Ramon Valley and Bay Area.
Save the Date: Serve Day 2024 is September 28th and 29th! No church services are taking place on Sunday, Sept. 29. Everyone is invited to sign-up for a serve project with your family and friends.

Membership Class
People come to CPC from a wide variety of experiences and faith walks. Our membership class is designed to give you an understanding of CPC, it's history, theology, and connectional relationships with the larger Church. In the class you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn how to grow in your faith, and discuss ways you can enjoy being part of our church family.

Are you a parent of a preschooler looking for a fun activity + an opportunity to meet other families in the Tri-Valley? Join us Saturday, April 27th from 9:30 - 11:30 AM in the CPC Gym for a Preschool Playdate! Specialty Coffee, Bounce Houses and More!
Lend A Hand Volunteer day!
Volunteers 16 years and older are sought to assist with the Lend a Hand Day Event on Saturday, April 27. Volunteers 12 and older may volunteer with an adult. Duties include raking, weeding, spreading mulch and other assorted yard work tasks. Full day (8am-1pm) or Half day (8am-11am) opportunities available!

IF:2024
We invite you to IF:2024 at CPC on Friday, April 12 from 7-9:30pm and Saturday, April 13 from 9am-12pm. Come join other women and be encouraged and inspired in your faith through powerful worship, interviews with local women, and gospel-centered teaching from Christine Caine, Sadie Robertson Huff and Jada Edwards recorded at IF:Gathering in Texas.
This year’s theme is “Because of Jesus.” Sessions will point us toward the hope, peace and comfort found in Jesus.

Easter Services
Join us on Easter for an incredible time together celebrating the resurrection of Jesus! We invite you, your family, and friends to come to one of our 4 services times:
Saturday at 5:00pm and Sunday at 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30am.
You’ll experience a meaningful message, inspiring worship, and your kids will have a great time in CPC Kids. Services will be available in-person and online. Kids programming for nursery - 4th is available for every service!
Good Friday Service
Our Good Friday service is a favorite to many and is a special time where we read and learn from Jesus’s last 7 words spoken on the cross.
This service will be in-person and online on Friday, March 29 at 12:30pm and 6:30pm on Friday, in the CPC Sanctuary.
These services are family services, no kids programming available.

Easter Playdate for Kids
Are you a family impacted by disability looking for an opportunity to meet and connect with other families? If so, then please come join CPC’s Access Kids on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 10:00am-12:00pm for a family-centered Easter event, intended for children with various disabilities or limitations and their siblings. Enjoy inflatables, allergy friendly snacks, adaptive activities, and specialty coffee for parents. In addition, we will have egg hunts that are designed with all unique needs in mind. The event is free but pre-registration is required. We hope you can join us!

Access Kids Vision Meeting
CPC is proud to announce that we are launching a new special needs ministry called Access Kids. The ministry is designed so that children with special needs can participate in Kids programming (preschool – 4th grade) during Sunday services. We want to create community and support for families in our valley who are impacted by disability (diagnosed or not).
Come participate in our informational session on Sunday, February 25 from 12:30-1:30pm in the Conference Room to learn more about Access Kids’ vision, exciting plans, and ways that you can get involved.

Join us for a traditional Ash Wednesday Service in the Chapel on Wednesday, February 14 at 7:00am & 12:00pm.
Ash Wednesday is the beginning of the season of Lent, this service will be a call to fast and repentance as we await the celebration of Easter Sunday. You will experience liturgy, worship, a short message followed by communion and then the imposition of ashes on your forehead. We hope you can join us!
